The product I ordered was in excellent condition. Installing it was a little bit complicated because my new computer required additional software. The tech help was unbelievable. They were prompt to respond. They were very informative and helpful. They had to spend a lot of time with me to make sure everything was perfect. The problem was on my side, not theirs. In the description nothing was said about how the palm looked. When I received it, the upper part was totally peeled. So the price-quality ratio was much lower than expected. Palm works OK and I have no complains about the rest, but if I had known how it really looked I would have never bought if at that price.

Although I had problems with the Zire72, the dealer was extremely helpful and allowed me to return it to him for a full refund. He tried to assist me over the phone first but nothing seemed to work for me even though I have been a Palm user for many years. I would not hesitate to purchase from this dealer in the future.
